What you’re buying

One personal plan: a 12-week training plan, a nutrition plan with sample days and a grocery list, a supplement guide, a roadmap and a progress tracker, delivered as a private web page and a PDF. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. After 12 weeks you can keep using the plan for free, or ask for a paid refresh.

Not medical advice

PlanFor20 gives general fitness and nutrition guidance built from the answers you give us. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and doesn’t replace a doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian or personal trainer. Check with a healthcare professional before starting if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and get checked if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. You’re responsible for answering honestly, because the plan is built from those answers.

How the plan is made

Software builds the structure and the numbers from a rulebook. Automated safety checks run on every plan. Personal wording is written with the help of AI. A coach checks every plan after it is delivered and adjusts it if needed; plans with a health flag are checked first.

Your licence

The plan is for your personal use. Please don’t resell it or share it publicly. The partner add-on covers one named extra person.

Results

Results depend on consistency, sleep and food. We don’t guarantee any specific outcome, and the numbers in your roadmap are estimates, not promises.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited.

What we collect

Health information

Injuries, conditions and eating history are sensitive data. We ask for them only to keep your plan safe, we ask for your explicit consent before that step, and we use them for nothing else. You can skip those questions.

What we do with it

Build your plan, review it, send it to you, and support you. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising. We may use answers with all identifying details removed to improve the rulebook.

Who else sees it

Service providers who process it for us, under contract: payment (Stripe), hosting and database, email delivery, and the AI provider that helps write the personal wording of your plan. [List the providers and regions once chosen.] A human reviewer sees plans that need a check.

Cookies

We don’t use tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a copy of your answers and tracker on your device so the plan opens quickly and your progress stays with you. Any analytics we use are cookieless and don’t identify you.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete everything: one email does it. Sign-in links expire and are single-use. Data is kept while your plan is active and deleted [retention period to confirm] after your last activity, unless you ask sooner.

Re-fits: the guarantee

Last updated 20 October 2026

If your plan doesn’t fit your body, your schedule or your kitchen, tell us within 30 days of buying.

The $10 refresh after week 12 and the $10 partner plan are covered by the same 30 days from their own purchase date.
